Our agency

Absolutely; our office is right in the centre of Barcelona. Our company is registered in Spain and we have a Spanish travel agency licence. However, the whole team is made up of expats and speaks English.

What is your booking process?

Start by asking us for a quote, by using our form or by email. We will send it back to you within two business days. Modifications to the quote can be requested later.
Once you’re happy with it, you can confirm your booking by paying the deposit. This sum will be indicated on the quote.
Once the payment is received, we will send you a booking confirmation which will include the balance left to pay (if a first partial payment is made). The roadmap will then be sent to you outlining all the necessary information to ensure the plan goes smoothly (programme, meeting points, etc.)

What payment methods do you accept?

Two methods are currently possible:
- Bank transfer
- Bank card payment.
If you choose the latter, we will send a payment link to your email address and you can pay using your bank card. It’s very easy and you won't require you to create any account.

We’ve already booked our accommodation. Can you help us organise the rest?

No problem!

We are arriving in Barcelona this weekend. Is it too late to contact you?

Not at all! We often organise “last minute” events. However, we do recommend not wasting too much time. In addition to the price, which can be higher, many of the activities are limited in availability and/or need to be planned ahead.

Do you organise flights from our country?

Unfortunately we do not - our work begins when you arrive in Catalonia! However, we can give you great advice to help you choose the best flights to Barcelona.

How are transfers to the various activities organised?

Except for a few situations (when the activity takes place outside Barcelona), we do not plan transport to the activities. We can do it, but it’s not really necessary as many of the activities take place right near where you’re staying (if you’re in the city centre). What’s more, the city isn’t that big and the public transport network is reliable, not to mention the many reasonably-priced taxis.

Can we have a minibus and driver take us to each activity?

Transport in a minibus adds an extra cost which we believe is unnecessary. That’s why we prefer to give you detailed instructions that will help you easily reach the meeting points using your own means of transport. There are never any problems and, of course, we’re always available whenever needed! If despite all that you still want a driver on call, ask us!

Can you recommend a bar/restaurant/club for our nights out?

We’d be happy to! We can also answer your questions about Barcelona before the event and suggest a few addresses.
